Today I tried my first double open card (absolutely no idea if that is what it's called, but that's what I'll call it!).
Here it is closed,
... and open! This is one of the projects we are making tonight at Inglewood High School. Very easy - have a go! Thanks to Cherie for making one of these for my son's birthday (see previous post) and giving me the inspiration to try myself. Keep your eyes open for another weekly class that will be starting next term in New Plymouth - I'll let you know all the details when it is confirmed, but there will be one class on Tuesday (daytime) and then the class will be repeated on Tuesday night. The course will run for four weeks, subject to numbers.
Recipe : Stamp Sets: Bud Basics, Wonderful Favourites, Occasional Greetings, It's Your Birthday. Cardstock: Chocolate Chip, Elegant Eggplant, Whisper White. Ink: Versamark, Elegant Eggplant, Certainly Celery. Accessories: Celery DSP, Narrow Organdy Ribbon, pastels & sponge daubers.
